In our online configurator, you design your personal G-Class convertible – simple, intuitive, and exactly according to your preferences.

2. Order – Simple and Secure Completion

Your vehicle is fully configured? Then you can finalize your order directly online – transparent, secure, and straightforward.

3. Conversion & Restoration – The G-Brio Takes Shape

After ordering, the extensive conversion process begins. Each vehicle undergoes complete, handcrafted restoration – technically, optically, and functionally at the highest level.

  • Body & Paint

    • Complete disassembly of body and frame

    • Sandblasting & repair with OEM sheet metal parts

    • High-quality paint build-up with filler, putty & clear coat

    • Chassis protection with Würth dry wax

    • New seals, screws & galvanized components

    • Factory-accurate heat & sound insulation

  • Frame & Technology

    • Refurbishment & powder coating of the frame

    • New brake lines, discs, pistons, pads, cylinders

    • New steel fuel lines & rubber bushings

    • Overhauled dampers, steering & axle components

  • Powder Coating (matte or gloss black)

    • Bumpers, rims, seat frames, air filter housing, soft top frame, roof rack, and more

  • Convertible Top & Body Parts

    • Sonnenland fabric top (Mercedes quality, TÜV certified)

    • Original fenders & bumper corners (OEM)

    • Aluminum spacers (depending on wheel choice)

  • Leather Interior

    • Seats, dashboard, center tunnel, steering wheel, door panels, etc. – fully in high-quality genuine leather

    • Optional: individual perforations and exclusive design requests

  • Suspension & Tires

    • BF Goodrich All Terrain 285/75/R16 – 5 pieces

    • SACHS suspension: shock absorbers + springs

  • Lighting & Protection

    • Modern LED front and rear lights (TÜV compliant)
